We ship products to you directly from Varanasi, ensuring prompt delivery. Each product undergoes rigorous quality checks at our facility before being carefully packed and dispatched to you. Please refer to the "Shipping Time/Delivery Time" displayed on the product screen for the estimated arrival of your item

 

Processing Time:

Standard Orders: Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after receiving full payment.

 

Pre-Orders: For items on pre-order, please allow an additional 15-25 days for processing. Certain products that require dyeing or custom coloring may take an additional 5-7 days to prepare before shipping.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: We do not offer COD, we accept only pre-bookings.

     

    Shipping Methods: We offer the following shipping options:
    Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.

    Airway Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days. Orders placed after 11 AM will be processed on the next working day.

     

    Express Worldwide Shipping: Estimated delivery within 6-9 days to most countries worldwide.

     

    Shipping Rates: Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination. You can view the shipping cost during checkout before completing your purchase.

    International Shipping: We ship worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the destination. Customs and import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

     

    Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can also track your order directly on our website using your order number.

     

    Shipping Restrictions: We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address with a valid phone number and email address for delivery.

    Returns Due to Shipping Issues: If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by you or failure to collect the package from the carrier, additional shipping fees may apply to reship your order.
